In honour of the first day of fall, a classic guilty pleasure is given a healthy makeover. Ladies and gentlemen, I give you Tiny Toad’s Sweet Cheat Pumpkin Spice Latte recipe. A grande pumpkin spice latte at the coffee shop everyone associates it with (you know the one) will run you 50g of sugar. That’s double the daily recommended limit! This version has no added sugar and when made with unsweetened almond milk, it has 0g net carbs. I use a Snickerdoodle flavoured coffee which is amazing with almond milk. Simply add pumpkin puree, vanilla, pumpkin pie spice, and Sweet Cheat Spoonable Monk Fruit to strong coffee. Steam the milk, pour over coffee, and enjoy! Sweet Cheat Pumpkin Spice LatteWhisk first 5 ingredients together. Steam milk. Froth milk (or whisk vigorously) Pour over coffee. Enjoy!

If you are trying to come up with something exotic yet delicious latte, sweet cheat pumpkin spice latte might be the one for you I am also one of the many people who doubted that we could turn a pumpkin into a hot latte! Who would have thought that it's possible isn't it? By the way, I want to thank you big time for showing us how to make this one. Though the process is quite harder compared to other lattes I've seen in the past, I guess it would be interesting to try it and see if it's within my expectation! The name sounds great, by the way!
